A power turntable with dual tilt tables used for picking and placing finished and unfinished parts in a machining center
Power turntables are typically used in manufacturing to queue product. The turntables are often used to feed component parts to assembly lines or used on the input or output side of a machining center. Power turntables are often equipped with additional material handling systems mounted on the top deck such as:
- Scissor lift tables
- Lift and tilt tables
- Lift and rotate tables
- Tilt tables
- Rotates
These material handling systems provide additional positioning to optimize the ergonomic benefits for the operators when picking and placing product. Depending on the job requirements, the power turntables can be manufactured to be 2 position, 3 position and 4 position systems. We have experienced the 2 position systems to be the most popular model.
