Lift Table Technology

(10002) Lift table technology are key enabling technologies that offer significant opportunities for technological breakthroughs and productivity improvements. Scissor lifts tables exist to extend human capabilities and improve human productivity. In a manufacturing setting, lift table technology is used to bring materials to a worksite and position them where humans can use the materials in a manufacturing process.

herkules_hydraulic_lift_table_v0674_01  Scissor lift tables are powered via hydraulic, pneumatic or electromechanical means. Hydraulic lifts are the most popular. These lift tables are, however, the least clean of the three due to their use of hydraulic fluid that may weep. Pneumatic lift tables rely on compressed air to expand and contract cylinders or bags. These lift tables are the cleanest of the three and are ideal in dust herkules_pneumatic_lift_table_v960_01free clean room applications. However, compressed air cost is becoming more  and more expensive.

Another downside to utilizing either hydraulic or pneumatic is less lift precision. Electromechanical lift tables move loads with a belt drive system or screw linear actuator ball and screw which lifts and lowers the table. These lift tables provide great precision and are a “Clean and Green” method of lifting.

In addition, speed (while maintaining accuracy) for all three.
